It is my goal to offer a trip that is best suited to your budget, physical ability and time restraints but still be safe, enjoyable and productive.
My business has taken me from Alaska to Zimbabwe and many interesting places in between. I have been personally guiding clients for over 35 years, most of which have been spent in my outfitting businesses in Colorado, Idaho and British Columbia. I’ve held an Assistant Guide license in Alaska for 15 years and continue enjoying guiding clients there for Brown Bear. With my hunting travels and outfitting experience, I understand what it takes to offer a quality hunt from both sides of the fence - the outfitter and the client!
I work to eliminate some of the headaches, risks and worries involved in organizing a trip. It is my job to get to know the outfitters whose service I represent. Many of these outfitters and professional hunters are people that I have worked with for several years and are proven by satisfied clients. I use my knowledge of the outfitters, their areas and game habits to see that you have every opportunity to be as successful as possible. I work closely with my clients and outfitters before, during and after a trip to ensure that everything is in order. If unforeseen problems do arise, I am here to assist in resolving the matter.
In order to match you with your ideal trip, it is important that we communicate regarding your budget, trophies desired, time limitations, physical ability and hunting experience. Be realistic about your expectations. In today's hunting world we tend to measure trophies in points and inches; however, a trophy is still in the eye of the beholder. Let’s discuss “your” ideal trophy.
Some very important tips to remember in the success of your trip are maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude, being in good physical condition and making your shot count when the opportunity presents itself.
